Feeling good today. Reached a milestone today. I quit smoking 8 years ago and today, I reached my pre smoking weight. Man, I feel good. Praise God. 💃 💃
I am happy to see that last weeks gain from prior special events CARB eating, could be wiped out with dedication to my WOE. Proof positive. I say this as a reminder to myself. It is so easy to be derailed. Will my urge to live on baked goods ever go away? Has my urge to smoke gone away? Eight years Sistah...
185.0 lb Lost so far: 77.0 lb.    Still to go: 55.0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
