Funny, I wake up in my nephew's guest room, this morning, and I feel things crawling on me, but I can't tell what. I suddenly, look on the sheets and pillows, and realize, I slept the night with really small, black ants. Lol Not to get everyone itchy and creeped out or anything. It's just beach life here. Ocean Beach, now after being away for two years, has a bar, every other business, lots more people, and lots of homeless in hostel and laying on sidewalks. The many bars make it party central. It was interesting. I think, I gained weight! May go to the Cabrillo Festival today. A COUPLE WHO POSED FOR ME TODAY! I VISITED MY SISTER'S GRAVE, WHO WAS MARRIED TO A VETERAN! MY NEPHEW WAS MY BEST MAN AT MY WEDDING AT THE QUEEN MARY! SYLVIA WAS MY SISTER, BRIAN'S MOTHER! MY GRANDMOTHER CONNIE, WHO IS BURIED NEAR MARILYN MONROE AND THE STARS IN WESTWOOD! Thanks Angel and Char! I'm back home now. Can't wait for my Rams game. My grandmother was a very unique lady. Had musical skill, I couldn't believe. She taught herself the piano and harmonica. She followed the teachings of Meher Baba, a guru from India. Her daughter, my mother, was such a wonderful woman. I was so lucky to have the two of them to influence my life.

Meher Baba was an avatar, a God in human form from India. I will never forget a young lady, I met, was SO impacted by the fact, that I had boxes of Meher Baba literature to give her from my grandmother, that was very old. She was going to live in his religious compound on the east coast. A hippie girl of the 70's.

Maher Baba was silent, never speaking a word, from July 10th, 1925 until he died in 1969, the year I graduated from high school.

Reincarnation is tempered by karma. The lessons we learned in past lives or didn't -dictate what we need to do in the next. That makes reincarnation less scary - the idea being that we are always on a spiritually improving path, until we reach nirvana. Thanks for sharing about your mother and grandmother! Interesting!

Thanks Erika! Were you a good hippy girl of the 70's or at least in heart? lol You aren't old like me??? I wish I had been better in the lessons of love, when I was younger. I appreciate love more now. Why did I not respect the love I received when I was young? That's how karma hurt me. What goes around comes around, you know.
