Another good diet day. 1499 calories, 17% Carbs, 54% Fat and 29% Protein. Today's Net Carbs were 62.45 gm.
I am working tomorrow, so tomorrow evening will be difficult. I always come home starving.

Well done! I guess you could eat a bit of cheese or something to stave off hunger till dinner is ready? I'm sure your work provides a fair bit of exercise, anyway. Just stay off the carbage.

Great result today. I know how you feel about coming home hungry when you come home from a busy day working. I used to come home ravenous with a day teacher Algebra and all that! I would have a long shower before dinner. Take care
