It is a stormy day, with heavy rain that sweeps in in waves. And I am working outside! At least I should burn plenty energy today.

I hope you don't get too wet! If you're hungry after dinner, then it probably means you didn't eat enough dinner! Work out your calorie deficit for the day, and make sure it's not too big by eating more at lunch and dinner, but eat within your eating style. Make sure you get enough protein. I don't know if this would work for you, but I generally like to have dessert to fill me up, but I have a low-calorie concoction of tinned fruit without the juice, sugar-free jelly (the little pots of Hartley's are nice) and a dash of yogurt, but yours could be cream. Only about 100 calories with the yogurt, tastes good, and I feel stuffed. Or you could have cheese and an apple or some grapes on your regime, I would think, and there must be plenty of other possibilities. But stay away from the cakes and chocolate, those things will undo you.

I got blown inside out but avoided getting wet (well not soaked at any rate). I got the bosses van today, which is really just her "company car". It has all the toys and A/C (although I didn't need that today!). I was always impressed with how close she reversed up to the warehouse wall, but now I know the secret. It has rear parking sensors!! The diet slipped a tiny bit today. My good lady had bought Chocolate and Orange Melt-In-The-Middle Pudding, which I declined. But she didn't finish her's, so I did. It was really just a bit of the sponge outer shell, but I counted it as half a pudding for logging purposes. I then ended up with 1617 calories (as against my 1500 target). Carbs were 21%, Fat 64% and Protein 15%. And my Net Carbs were 68.22 grams. We will see how tomorrow's weigh in goes..........
