Oh life! Still trying to figure out how to squeeze in some exercise. According to my fitbit I am getting in 10,000 plus steps everyday, now to get some exercise and strength training back and we will be good. Here's to another try today!
177.9 lb Lost so far: 41.1 lb.    Still to go: 7.9 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
