well only .5lbs gone this week but my measurements came down a decent number so i am happy. that gives me 32 or 27lbs more to go depending on what i decide to set my goal weight at.
172.0 lb Lost so far: 7.2 lb.    Still to go: 32.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
