Ok getting down again whats going on why am I not loosing anything,i have been following this deit to a t, I know I am havin bathroom issues well NOT GOING can that be it..:(::( just sad, i want to get under 200 by xmas dont look like that is going to happen:(

Yes bathroom issues can cause scale problems sometimes. If your doing low carb you need to make sure you are getting your veggies in because those scale problems can lead to much worse problems. If you have to, add some bran to your diet. Drink plenty of water.

Yes I am on Akins low carb diet and I eat alot of veggies a day and started fruit, but I think what i am missing is my flax seed I use to eat so i am going to the store and buying some today thank you for the advise:) all helps

oh and yes its lunch and I have 64 oz of water down another 64 to go I am willing to try anything:)
