Still not feeling the best so my exercise has been very minimal. I went back to the doctors and my flu is now a chest infection. Still on antibiotics for this damn thing so hopefully in the next few days I can kick it completely and get back into my exercise.

I just dragged out my 1000 year old manual stepper and put it next to the fridge so now when I find myself heading over that way out of boredom I am going to do some stepping instead of opening the fridge door. I also remembered to wear my pedometer today and I am aiming for 10,000 steps today. I am not going to do anything too strenuous, but I can walk slowly on the treadmill while I catch up on some Biggest Loser :)
218.3 lb Lost so far: 6.2 lb.    Still to go: 86.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Don't worry too much if the antibiotics make you gain, that happened to me when I had an impacted tooth, but it came back off after they were done. Don't overdo the exercise while you're not feeling well, it could make you worse.
