As my family grew, so did my body. I went from a healthy 60kg (132.3lb) to an incredibly unhealthy, morbidly obese 115.2kg (253.9lb).

It's time to be a little selfish with some serious ME time in order to re-claim my life. I need to put myself first for a while and look after myself. I need to become fit and healthy again and not just for me, but for my family as well.

I have already lost a little over 15 kg (33lbs), but that loss has just taken me from morbidly obese to just obese - better, but still not good enough.
