I took a break for a while ,this gym diet is hectic .To much steamed chicken getting to me .However back onto the bandwagon ,even though my body fat has come down 4% last month a gain is a gain .No excuses
255.1 lb Lost so far: 29.3 lb.    Still to go: 45.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
gaining 1.3 lb a week

I hope you are allowed seasonings to help spruce it up. Hang in there if it's working or find a healthy alternative that you enjoy. 4% BF down is awesome. Congrats!

Yeah my bodyfat came down by 4% but my weight has gone up

Yes if you don't use a diet that you can live on, even when you do loose it will come back. Just got to fine that perfect WOE. Either small portions with no food groups excused, or a diet that eliminates a food group that you won't mind giving up. It's hard but it will come.

Body fat is all that matters. 4% drop is huge. Let's go!
