Day one of my new "get off me padding challenge" and it has been rough!!! my sister is just laughing at me!!! But i am trying my best to eat clean!!! hopeful!!!

Diet Calendar Entry for 13 September 2016:
1212 kcal Fat: 35.60g | Prot: 43.63g | Carb: 191.26g.   Breakfast: Whole Milk, Corn Flakes. Lunch: Whole Milk, Macaroni or Noodles with Cheese and Tomato, Potato French Fries, Cabbage (with Salt, Drained, Cooked, Boiled). Dinner: Cabbage (with Salt, Drained, Cooked, Boiled), Cooked Lentils (Fat Not Added in Cooking), Cooked Rice. Snacks/Other: Pumpkin Soup, Watermelon, Avocados, Multigrain Bread. more...

I know you can do it! It can be hard, certainly if you have other people in the house that eat differently then you do. I have a family of 6 and they all eat differently

thank you guys, i am really trying to hang in there. it will be tough. my sister is planning to bake until she drops!! so my plan for the rest of the week is to avoid temptation.

Ur sister should be more supportive of your new life style and understand why you are doing what you are doing. My husband eats snacks and things and it drives me insane that sometimes a catch myself staring at him while he eats these things...wow i can't believe i admitted to that how embarressing. Let her bake all she wants but you know what? Eating healthy can taste just as good too.

^^agree. it tastes just as good because you know what the outcome will be and you are looking forward to it. Don't give up what you most for what you want at the moment!
