I am a 51 year old wife and mother to two grown sons. Whom I couldn't be more proud of. Over the years I have tried so very many diets. Jenny, WW, all kinds of pills; had a little success with LAWeight Loss, even got below goal of 145. But had gained it all back in 2+ years.
I have had rheumatoid arthritis since my 27th birthday, and had to medically retire before my 38th birthday. The medications and my current age of 51 have made it a little harder to lose, the weight, but with the Atkins plan, I can see a brighter future for my husband and I, so that we may enjoy our grandchilder, whenever they arrive.
