Okay, today is my of the track day. Have fresh potatoe fries tonight but i will make sure to add healthy salad and tomotatoes to it and no snacks but beef sirloin tartar. And although i have reached my goal im very scared to go over my Diet RDI. I must get rid of that feeling and slowly i must try to get to my recommended RDI and not stay in diet mode. Pffffff, ......its not easy at all
