Hello everyone, I want to thank you all. Since 7th of November i have reached my goal and still maintaining the loss weight. I even lost a little more and i sure would like to keep it that way. I started my journey here on 15th of July and you all helped me to get to my goal. Some of your journals made me feel strong, others made me think and could take my insecurity away, others did make me look at things differend and i learned. Thank you all for that. And allthough now i could stop im not ready yet to do it all by meself. Its very hard for me to let go of my lower RDI just because i do not really know how to do that without gaining again, but im sure i can find the answer to that on here also. So for the time being i will keep recording my diet calendar and my weigh ins. But again: THANK YOU ALL!
