Cortisol! Poor sleep!

My goal for today is to spend some time in meditation.
229.0 lb Lost so far: 4.0 lb.    Still to go: 94.0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.

Have you heard of the Meditation Podcast? It is guided meditation if you are into that. It is very soothing.

Yup - meditation not rumination sometimes helps. Your mantra - "Autonomous Professional". This, too, shall pass.
