Oh dear. Not sure what is causing this weight gain. Not very happy. When I was strictly Atkins I didn't have this constant dilema of should I include this as part of the 20%. Foods that tempt me now didn't then. Trying to get back on track is very difficult for me.

It's not so much the weight gain over the last three weeks as the lack of energy, and the feeling yuck which is getting to me. Hopefully I'm back on track now.
138.0 lb Lost so far: 7.5 lb.    Still to go: 10.1 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
gaining 3.6 lb a week

I'm so sorry you are having this experience and feelings of no energy, Loli. How about a VitB shot? Some people like them (they never did anything for me). Would you like to buddy up on Strict Atkins starting Wednesday? That is what my plan is. You seem to be good at getting the ball rolling. I did this 7 day shake/one meal plan to jump start my loss and it really worked. Are you walking and exercising? That has helped me with my energy? You are my first friend in this place and your kindness made me stay and keep trying. I wish so badly I could return the favor. Thinking of you today! Lynn

Lynn, Thanks so much for the words of encouragement. I need to just stick with it and maybe I will try having a bowl of soup with nothing else in the evening. I am exercising and I did eat primal yesterday. I'm going to cut back on the fruit and only have one a day. I have already put the nuts away until after I start losing this weight again.
