Well here I go. Vacation in Holland eating all of the bad foods I do not have available in the Philippines. On return I can still not find the discipline back so I gained 5 kilo's. Back to the drawing board. From this day on I will start recording again what I put in my mouth. It is true that every pound goes through the mouth. If I write it down I behave better.
