Well, that shows (to me) that last week was a timing thing. I didn't change anything, because I wanted to see whether my weight would settle back down, and it did.

However, I do usually have two months a year where I focus a little more on exercising, just adding a little extra. Currently, I do strength training three times a week and 30 minutes on the elliptical three times a week.

For the month of September, I plan on doing the strength training three times a week, but substituting 30 minutes of swimming three times a week for cardio. And, I am going to start up (again) pole dancing and yoga classes (2 hours of pole dancing and an hour of yoga every week). I had to quit that a year ago, when I broke my nose, and just haven't gotten back into it. We'll see how it goes. Of course, I'll probably continue the classes after that, so not sure if this will just be for the month of September. Maybe cut down a little on cardio after? Not sure. I'll evaluate that in October.

I'm going to continue eating the same, though might increase the calories a little. I don't plan on losing weight, as I am in maintenance. I just like to up the intensity of my workouts sometimes, usually right before the holidays, and again right before the Fort Worth opera festival in April and May.
