So I am starting up with the Beyond Calories Diet and working out 5-7 times a week for an hour. Last time I did this I dropped 20 lbs in about two months. Lets see how I do this time. No cheating. I'm trying to be good... but its hard. It seems like I metabolize things well but it's getting the energy to go to the gym that is my issue. I'm at 205.... I want to be at 150 by April. I am 4 weeks behind, I need to drop almost 4 lbs a week for 13 weeks to reach my goal. NO more breaks!
