NUT-rition Heart Healthy Mix. FINALLY. Getting my nut fix. 30 whole nuts. It's a lot of points, but satisfies a craving. Lunch was a repeat of yesterday - with only 1 serving of turkey bacon this go round. Got a little walking in - walked to and from lunch destination. And yes, it was quite BRISK! But my office is cold. To combat that (the front of the building is hot), I brought some hot tea back to the office with me. I'm done with my coffee fix for the day!
Sugar free candies - I can have 1 for no points. 3 is the serving size, but 1 will be enough to settle the craving.
FYI - it was a little harder to stay focused today...I really could just taste the cake at the house. Fortunately it's covered in a cake plate with cover...so there would need to be some effort applied to get the cake, and frankly I talked myself out of it. It will never taste as good as I imagine it to be. LOL.
