Starting over with an Induction Challenge for 4 wks. I have not been sticking with my Atkins Plan and wanted to start over. This challenge will help me regain my focus and get me through some holiday temptations. I've done it before successfully and stayed healthy for 3 years before losing momentum and pigging out again. I want a pair of skinny jeans for Christmas :)
170.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 20.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
