I had a small gain today but I'm still in the Blue. This is just my second day in a row after a long stretch of green. Things seem to be moving in the right direction since I resumed the level of activity that helped me reach my goal...
154.0 lb Lost so far: 31.0 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
