75 great morning for a ride good mornin fs...would of been a great morning for a ride..but when i got up at 315am..wasnt feelin like i wanted to peddle this morning...i cut grass yesterday afternoon..an for some reason if i cut grass, the next day im just out of it..not sure if its the grass pollen or what..anyways guess i was tired yesterday after i cut grass...i didnt do my next day prep for meals..when i got up this morning my tv was still on from the nite before..like i said..guess i was tired..an just didnt kno it...so gonna take today off...give my body the rest it must need..lol..

Ugh, I know the feeling. I fell asleep in front of the computer last night, and woke up around 2:30...and went to bed. I hope you have a restful day!
