I actually thought the fasting challenge started yesterday, so I was fasting all morning. I broke it around 3. I have to modify it slightly because I get my breaks at work at 2 pm, so I end my fast at 10 pm, if I need to. I felt great all day. I am so excited to have started this! 2 pounds lost this morning. Yay!!!
