Weekend was not really a good one, but at least I'm ok and it is over. I did rest alot but probably not as much as I should have, but 'oh well'. Today I'm good and on day 1 of my 3 day diet, I'm feeling much better from last week but still not 100% or even 95% but at least above 80% :-) I'm ok, I have good friends and my health (kind of) there are alot of ISSUES with other things (finances, personal things, etc) but at least I am ok.
