Atkins really does help me curb my sweet tooth. I think I am now into the phase where I lose my sugar cravings and don't obsess about eating sugary food. 86 days until my goal date. 26lbs to my goal weight. 12 weeks means I need to lose about 2lbs per week. I can do it!
