I'm having a hard time. My husband is on one of his binges. Drinking. It does complicate my diet. As you can tell from my eating today, I had no time for meal prep. I'm sure the processed food affects my induction, but I'll try to do better tomorrow. Bleh. Just surviving today. :(

Sorry you've got that challenge going on. It complicates a lot of things, I'm sure. I took a peek at your food diary, and you've been doing really well! A tip for you is to cut back a bit on the protein, and up the fat by a bit. Protein can actually metabolize into glucose if you eat more than your body needs right then. Calculate 1g of protein for each kilo of body weight.
In the meantime, a drop is a drop, so good job!

Ah - ok, I'll work on that. I thought I wasn't getting enough protein in so I was working hard to get more in my diet. Thanks for the tip!
