I want my jeans to fit..be smaller in size..and look good in a bathing suit. I would also like to have a much higher level of phsyical fitness..a strong body..and no fear of diabetes in my future. Having been an athlete in my highschool and college years, looking at the battle I have had in adulthood has been very frustrating. I am not trying to be a single digit jean size..a twelve would be great..a ten would be beyond a miracle...and I'm good anywhere in between there.
