Happy to see that my body is letting go the water it has accumulated. I'm gonna start walking today at least 1 mile and increase weekly. I will also add weight training sessions every other day to tone up.

I'm adding green tea to my diet.
207.4 lb Lost so far: 3.0 lb.    Still to go: 70.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Good for you! All great positive changes. Google "why the scale lies" for insight in to water weight fluctuations. Sometimes when we start new exercise (esp. weight training), your muscles retain water to help them heal. This can show on the scale as a temporary gain, no loss or smaller than usual loss. This scale will catch up. You will also lose fat/go down in sizes more quickly. Good luck!
