New MrsRando's Journal, 13 November 2011

I haven't been on as much because of my new class but I'm still logging my food. I've also not been exercising as much each for the same reason. I finally went to the gym today and feel pretty good about it. I really need to get back into gear with it. I don't want to lose too much momentum (although I already have).

I'm feeling good though! I'm into the 170's which it's been forever. I'm starting to feel good about what I see in the mirror. I know i"m not done but I don't feel so bad anymore. I love the fact that I'm doing this on my own and don't have much support because this truly is something that I am doing for me and not for anyone else.

I still don't make the best choices 100% of the time but I think that is what life is. I have to be more diligent about exercising. Even if it's a 30 minute walk after work. Something is better than nothing.

Hope everyone is doing great. I miss reading all of your journals and hearing what is going on in your life. I hope everyone is still successful!

Bye!!

I think you are doing fantastic and I don’t think you need to be 100% to have great success. I am so happy to hear you are in the ‘70s!!! I am glad to hear you feel good. I can’t wait till I get there, but for now I am enjoying my own new size and will not take for granted each little success along the way. If you can’t fit in 30 minute workouts, try or 3 or 4 10 minute little work outs thought out the day. 10 minute fast walk through the hallways right before class (it will help you focus) and after class (as you review the info in your mind)…tricks like that. It may be a real way to fit in healthy physical exercise during the very busy times in life. I am doing the cardio 3x a week, but I hate that I am sedentary the rest of the week, so my goal is to start moving during my non exercise times. I’ll let you know how it goes. Let me know if you have any tips that you have learned from all that wonderful success you have had.

Awesome that you have broken into the 170's! I can't imagine how that feels right now, but I can't wait to be there myself one day. And good for you for doing this JUST FOR YOU! I believe if you do this just for yourself (and not for anyone else) it means more and you will have more "staying power" for the long run. Keep up your great progress and remember that we are all here for your support!
