Lots of stuff flying around me right now. Most importantly Grandma is in hospital and things arent looking to great. Although she is one tough cookie thats for sure! I keep thinking I want to have a cheat day and then I never fit it into the days eating! I want it but I dont want to back track either. Then I think maybe if I have a high calorie day I could kick start my body back into gear! ??? It will happen just not sure when LOL!
