I am guessing this loss since yesterday would have to be because this was a morning weigh, vs a mid afternoon weigh yesterday. Oh well, I'll take it!
242.8 lb Lost so far: 27.2 lb.    Still to go: 22.8 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
losing 8.4 lb a week
