Not too concerned about the rise. I am down a pound from last Friday. The interim weigh in was just that. And a surprising drop (that was why I posted it). Today is in line with my Trendweight values and how my diet is progressing. I am - more or less - back on the wagon, so lets see how it goes.
199.0 lb Lost so far: 84.0 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
