Well I promised a photograph of Lucy, and here she is. She is a gorgeous big cat but extremely standoffish. I am well out of her social league. I think I managed to jump back on the wagon yesterday. The secret is to plan your food intake ahead of time, and stick to the plan. I even got a proper nights sleep having left Lily to her own devices. She uses her litter box with no issues (how can such tiny poo smell so bad?) and doesn't do any damage - yet. I visit the Consultant Surgeon this lunch time, so hopefully he will give me the all clear to return to normal activities. I'd like to swing a golf club again.

Just back from the Consultant Surgeon and he says I am fit, healthy, and can resume normal life. If I did it before the op I can do it again now. Lifting, Golf, Cycling, the sky's the limit. Last visit to the nurse tomorrow, to let her know how I got on, and then I will be finished there too.

Lucy is beautiful, she is very like a male long haired cat I had,his name was Lester. Hope you get the all clear Jocko.
