Lost another 2.5 pounds. Guess the nuts didn't slow me down after all. I feel great. I am going to reach my goal of 299 before my birthday! Thanks for all of your support, encouragement, and courage to keep making small changes!
302.5 lb Lost so far: 18.5 lb.    Still to go: 76.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
