Down over 25 lbs since this time last year and that doesn't include my lean muscle added Doing the Advocare 10 day cleanse so I am going to step on the scale and tape measure before and after just out of curiosity but now weighin except at the Dr office for my Dexas next week

Clean out my closet - Starting om donation box #3 Finding clothes with tags that I have never worn in smaller sizes - SCORE!!!!!!!!!!!!!
176.4 lb Lost so far: 133.6 lb.    Still to go: 26.4 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
