73 & muggy gooood mornin fs...back from my morning ride...guess we got rain last night..streets had puddles..another hot one again in the midwest..todays plan to cut grass before 10am..an get back inside to keep cool till tomorrow morning..when it will be time to push the peddles once again..was slower today..3 days riding..i can tell its time for a break but i want to push it long as i can...an i was in higher gears today tryin to get a different workout...

friday is weigh in day..decided to just live with the upswing on the weight..ive been eating like i should..so sooner or later..maybe the upswing will finally turn the other way...

coffee is done..time to get hydrated once again..tummy is growling..but tooooooo bad...not eating today till after i come back in from cutting grass...then il eat an take a nap...lol..
