I've been doing horridly diet wise for the last few weeks, so many days where I've eaten more than 2000 calories. I'm trying not to kick myself too hard because I have been a bit more active and I am still burning more than I'm taking in but still. I'm wondering if my original limit of 2000 calories is too low or something, I mean, I am 6'1" and 2000 calories is typically what they tell people around 5'7" to eat so maybe I have my limit set too low for my body. As great as the fast weight loss has been I also don't want to overdo it and end up causing more harm than good for myself. I think I'm really gonna need to do some calculations and figure out what's the best limit for myself instead of just setting a harsh goal for the sake of dropping weight quickly.
