I really hope to reach my weigh and medical goals by my next birthday. I know it is going to take lots of work..not just what i put in my mouth but how I think.. NOW is the time to start..
first day of keeping track.. looks like I can cut out the almonds.. don't need the protien in the morning..might save them for a snack.. switch out between the almonds and the sunflower.. made a bigger dinner then normal..but I want to start eating more real food.. got to get use to fish.. maybe next week when I buy groceries i will pick up some fish..
