well. it has been a while..and a week in vegas..but I did really really well in vegas..came back the same.. so now I am home... I can better control my eating here instead of feeling tired and lonely on the road. A has made vacation plans for Mexico in 3 weeks.. I know I can't lose 30 lbs in 3 weeks but it would be really nice to 5 lbs off by then..wanted to do 10..but it really isn't reality.. so it is 5 and I will not try..I will do..

boy ..it is amazing how off I was before I was doing all this recording.. I find myself being very hungry.. and it is a tough act between getting fiber to feel full.. without carbs.. and protein to feel full..and gettting fiber.. I just picked up a bunch of veggies and fruit..so that I have something to eat and eat enough so that I don't just chow down on anything.

i have been really good for the last couple of days.. halloween candy keeps calling my name..but I realized that I wasn't eating enough protein.. I was cutting back.. but not on the right foods.. I was starved today.. so I ate more.. got to be careful you eat enough so your body has fuel.. it might be a slower loss rate.. but I will be able to do my normal activities.. still a minus in the calorie column.

I really hope to reach my weigh and medical goals by my next birthday. I know it is going to take lots of work..not just what i put in my mouth but how I think.. NOW is the time to start..
first day of keeping track.. looks like I can cut out the almonds.. don't need the protien in the morning..might save them for a snack.. switch out between the almonds and the sunflower.. made a bigger dinner then normal..but I want to start eating more real food.. got to get use to fish.. maybe next week when I buy groceries i will pick up some fish..
