Again only 1.3L's of water yesterday... Flip! It's cold in my house!!
But ate much better and went for a 800m swim at the gym. Was pooped after just that!!!
And managed a 10k jog this morning along Beach road - Truly blessed when I look over that ocean!!
Am also a bit anxious for tomorrow's weigh-in and holding thumbs for a dip!
Lekker dag ya'll!! And stay strong!!
(Special shout out to my friend and new comer to FS: PlesierTier :-) She needs a bit of motivation today!)
