I was below 800 calories yesterday -- until I got home from work. Almost half my calories are consumed at night. Tonight, I will do some housecleaning and some writing to keep myself occupied. I think I can go one night without Father Brown, Miss Fisher, or Bob's Burgers. (Boy, don't those burgers sound good!)

calories are not what it is all about.. i stayed starved on that route.... have you ever tried low carb..i live that way love it eat good and a lot... and never hungry... send me a note if you want to learn more about it... be happpy to help have a super day

I do try and keep my carbs down to one serving a day. I use the calorie count as a scaffolding, and build my daily meals around it. I also use it to see where I'm eating too much, such as at night.

lol ive been on this diet plan for 6 mos. lol hasent worked so far for me
