What happened over the weekend? I thought I was doing okay (saw 159 Saturday), but this morning I'm up to 161 again. I did drink a lot of water late in the day on Sunday and this morning my face and eyes were very puffy. That's why I don't drink water, though I know I should. I retain it! Today I am going to try to start drinking alot of water, but only at work and see if that helps. Also, didn't get any exercise in this weekend, except grocery shopping, getting the yard picked up before the snow, housecleaning, etc. on Saturday.

When I don't need to sit at my desk in front of the computer, I am going to try to walk around the office a bit to get exercise.
