Slow and steady...... Weight down only .8lbs but fat down 2.5lbs this week.
Rejoicing as the clothes start to fit more comfortably.

Let's start week 7.
190.6 lb Lost so far: 10.4 lb.    Still to go: 15.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
