ok, well I did keep portions in control at cookout, but yesterday I kind of overdid it, oh well I still feel good and today is day 1 of 3 day egg challenge. Doing ok. I'm going to do my 3 day diet after it. Then next week I'm doing the 3 day diet challenge on here. We will take it one day at a time. I'm a little tired today so I'm going to just chill. Maybe go for a walk or bike ride.
