Wow, that was confusing! I had my first cheat day ever. i did it differently, where I counted my calories, but dismissed them. I ended up eating over 2,000. but what i ate wasn't bad stuff. I expected a huge weight gain in the morning, but nothing...then i remembered that after i ate last night i did a TON of Dance dance Revolution.

Diet Calendar Entry for 29 October 2011:

Good for you, I love to dance. Remember to record stuff like that in your exercise diary, and it will subtract the calories you burned from what you ate
