So I have been following "low carb higher protein" for a full week now. Still so much to learn! I am totally baffled at how to stay under 20 grams of carbs a day, starting to think that is too severe anyway and maybe I will aim for under 50-60 per day, with more protein. The first 2 days I thought I died and went to hell. That seems to have passed thankfully. I weighed this morning and was down 6lbs so that's great and very encouraging. It's a new way of eating for sure!
