calorie count over my limit. carbs more than my usual; still essentially low still high fat ,low carb and moderate protein. just more than usual for the couple 3 days. think i just needed to splurge a bit . sometimes ya just have to do that. still in ketosis anywhay mowed the lawn today so that offset my intake. just don't want to know the damage , so no weight. gotta get back in the mind set to do this. and i will. atleast i'm not having those muscle spasms in those intercostal muscles , thats a good thing.that rib pain wasgetting me down. hope everyone else is gaving a great day
