Observed last night that I no longer crave the crap I love to eat - ice cream, tortilla chips, etc. I've read that the removal of sugar from a diet eventually eliminates the craving. It took two days. Feeling healthy inside out and sleeping improved. Fell a little short of the water intake goal, but I'm ok with that.
