another pound gone goood mornin fs...actually slept great last night considering how hot it got to yesterday...woke up at 3am..an after going to potty...decided to get ready to be out the door at 430am to do a bike ride...did great this morning..did 13 miles..while still on my fast...4 more an i will complete another 23 hour fast for the i beast mode challenge...just cant believe the i have that kind of energy while doing a fast..im sitting here journalin an not even the least bit hungry or tired for that matter...soooo...need to get up an make the bed..get the tea going in the coffee maker..get the rest of the morning in order...as always thanks for stoppin by and thanks for the support you all provide me...it makes this journey easier...
